2024 Flower Show will be patterned after the “Fiesta de la Flores” celebrated annually in Medellin, Colombia.  Colombia is famous for their flowers, exporting around 250,000 tons annually.  70% of imported flowers in the USA comes from Colombia.  The main attraction of Medellin’s week-long Fair is the Flower Growers Parade, better known as the Parade of the Sillateros.  Characteristic displays in the Fair are the flower-filled “silletas” and flower covered disks.
