COMMUNITY OUTREACH

El Dedon Verde donates $3,000 per annum to local community projects. These funds go to 501(c)3 organizations that do not receive federal funding. These money come from club dues and money-raising projects that are held throughout the year, principally the Silent Auction held in conjunction with our annual Flower Show. Members submit community project proposals to our New Project Committee and they are presented to the membership and voted upon at our November Meeting.
